About this Event

With the past 18 months we have experienced, having a solid employee experience strategy in place has been a large focus for many organisations. Especially across the ANZ where boarders have been shut with very little to no new talent relocating from overseas.

The ideal employee experience should incorporate every element that can have an impact on the staff’s physical and mental health, starting from a sense of belonging, security, confidence that they can influence their own work condition, trust and autonomy to workplace hygiene, opportunities to grow and contribute to the success of the organisation.

The 2022 EX Summit New Zealand will bring together HR executives from across all different industries to discuss the future of work. We will learn from companies like Countdown, Spark NZ, Tower Insurance, Fletcher Building and more what they have done to retain a happy workforce in such uncertain times.
